1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the RePlog iOS app (the “App”) and this website, provided by RePlog Developer (“we”, “us”). It explains how we handle information related to you and how you can manage it.

RePlog is a photo editing tool: you pick a template and add a photo, on-device AI recognizes the subject, and you create flash, outline, orbit, collage and other effects and export them to your photo library. The App is built on one core principle: your photos are processed only on your device.

2. How We Collect and Use Information

The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, phone number, email address, contacts, location or device advertising identifier. The “What the app handles” list above covers every type of information the App works with, and all of it is processed locally on your device.

Subject recognition and cutouts are performed by on-device models bundled with the App (Apple’s Vision framework and a local Core ML model). Your photos are never sent to our servers or to any third party.

If you contact us by email, we receive the email address, description and screenshots you choose to send. We use them only to answer your question and improve the App, and for no other purpose.

3. System Permissions

Photo selection: the App imports photos through the iOS system photo picker, so you only select the images you want to edit. The App does not need, and does not request, access to your entire photo library.

Add Photos Only: when you export a work, the App requests “Add Photos Only” access so it can save the work to your library. This permission is write-only and does not allow the App to read any other photos. You can turn it off at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos on your iPhone; you can still edit, but you won’t be able to save to Photos.

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, Bluetooth, health data or notifications.

4. In-App Purchases

Memberships (Lifetime and Monthly) are purchased through the Apple App Store. Apple handles payment, billing and subscription management; we never receive your Apple ID password, card number or other payment details.

The App uses Apple’s StoreKit to verify transactions and determine membership status locally on your device. Apple’s handling of your purchase information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).

5. Advertising, Analytics and Tracking

The App shows no ads and includes no third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or behavioral tracking SDKs. It does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and it does not combine your information with data from other companies’ apps, websites or data sources for targeted advertising or data brokering.

As a result, the App does not engage in “tracking” as defined by App Tracking Transparency and does not ask for permission to track. If our data practices ever change, we will update this policy before the change takes effect and ask for your consent where required.

This website is a static site and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard access logs (such as IP address and time of access) for security and operational purposes.

6. Sharing, Transfer and Disclosure

Because your photos and works never leave your device, we do not — and cannot — share, sell, transfer or publicly disclose them to anyone.

When you choose to share a work to another app or social platform, that platform’s privacy policy applies to the shared content.

We will not disclose information you send us by email except where required by law or by a competent authority acting in accordance with the law.

7. Storage and Deletion

Drafts and works are stored in the App’s local sandbox. You can delete individual works in the App, and deleting the App removes all of its local data. If you use iCloud device backup, this local data may be included in your system backup stored by Apple.

Images you have exported to your photo library are managed by you in the Photos app.

Information you send us by email is deleted within a reasonable period after your request has been resolved, unless the law requires otherwise.

8. Your Rights

Because your information is stored on your device, you can view and delete drafts and works directly in the App, or withdraw photo access in your system settings at any time.

To access, correct or delete information you have sent us by email, or if you have any questions about this policy, email 741998660@qq.com. We will respond within 15 business days.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Minors under the age of 14 should use the App, and make any purchase, only with the involvement and guidance of a parent or guardian.

If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as features change or as required by law. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If the way we handle information changes materially, we will let you know through a prominent notice, such as an in-app message.

11. Contact Us

If you have any questions, comments or complaints about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, contact RePlog Developer at the email address below. You can also find it by tapping “Contact Us” on the App’s membership page.
